I think you'll see that I'm on your same journey and we have so much in common. I left my 37 yr. marriage and started dating at age 60. I hadn't dated in 40 years and I was totally out of practice.  

Because I'm friendly and a hypnotherapist and business coach, I really believed I knew how to date, but I was wrong. 

As I started dating I found myself not nearly as confident in dating as I was in other areas of my life. I didn't know how to flirt, or even talk to an attractive man, plus I was self-counscious about my body. I'm almost 6' tall and have always felt like an Amazon Woman. There were so many more challenges than I imagined.

So after fumbling around for the first two years, I had an ah-ha moment and realized that I didn't know how to date at all and was treating my dates like business meetings because that was the only way I knew how to talk with men. So I took a break and started researching how smart, savvy, independent women find love. I joined coaching programs, bought books, watched videos and this is what I found: 

• There isn't much information out there for women over 50
• The coaches I did find were either men or women who are married  
• It was hard finding a coach I could relate to

So I decided to take charge of my love life. I combined my previous coaching experience with this new education, tweaked it so it would work for someone in my age group, wrote my book,  The Perfect Dating Guide to Women over 50, The and created my 4-Ingredient Coaching System to help myself and other women.
